What can the patchnet concierge team assist with?
Our Microsoft advising team can assist you with any problem big or small. Whether it's helping your team to develop your Microsoft 365 environment, create and manage workflows including employee onboarding and offboarding. We can also work to help you deploy new applications or maximize your current setup.
How are services billed?
Monthly subscription services are billed on your signup date.
How is time billed and tracked?
Time is tracked in increments of 5 minutes.
What happens if we go over the time allocated in our plan?
If your monthly project time is consumed ahead of schedule due to volume, our team will notify you.
At the time of notification you can either: pause open work until the next billing cycle or authorize overage mode.
Note: Overage for the month will be charged in the next billing cycle.
Can I change my subscription plan?
Yes. Should you require a change in plan, please open a case and our team will adjust your subscription.
Note: Plan changes will be reflected in the next billing cycle.
Can I pause my subscription?
Yes you can pause at anytime.
Hours are not rolled over or refunded.
You may still receive an invoice for any overage hours incurred prior to pausing.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Should you require a cancellation, you may cancel anytime via your subscription portal.
What types of Microsoft Licensing do you support?
Our concierge team is optimized to work with Microsoft 365 Business premium, and client sizes under 300 users. We've found that most smb will benefit from utilizing Microsoft Business Premium licensing. If you are an E3 or E5 licensed tenant, and want to move to Microsoft 365 Business Premium we can assist.
Do you only support Microsoft 365 Business Tenants?
Yes, our expertise is built around helping our clients get the most out of Microsoft 365 Business.
